
1. Firstly please check the availability page.
2. Then send us an email requesting the dates you would like including your full contact details.
3. We will confirm receipt of your email and reserve your dates (subject to availability).
4. Please then print & complete the BOOKING FORM and post it to us at: Mijas Apartments, 7 Elliott Gardens Shepperton, Middlesex, TW17 0EG. Enclosing your £50 deposit cheque.
5. Only when we have received and banked your cheque is your booking confirmed.
6. The final balance along with an additional cheque for the refundable security deposit of £100 will be due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
7. The keys and comprehensive directions to the apartment from Malaga airport with maps will be sent out at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. These will be posted to you via registered post.
8. Bookings will be considered cancelled if the initial deposit is not received within 7 working days.
9. We recommend all guests arrange Travel insurance to cover all eventualities. As the owners of the apartment we accept no responsibility for any personal injury or the loss/damage of any personal items.
10. For late bookings and departures, ie. within the 4 week final balance period, payment in full is required.
11. When returning the keys we would recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post for security purposes. Loss of keys when returning them may result in non-refunding of the security deposit.

1. Accommodation is provided for use by the named rental clients only and may not be added to or sub-let.
2. Accommodation is No Smoking Please. Although smoking is allowed on the terrace.
3. The accommodation is available from 4.00pm local time on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (alternative times may be possible on request).
4. Linen and towels (not beach towels) will be provided. Cleaning is on a weekly basis and includes a change of bed linen and towels.
5. Please do not take the towels out of the apartment for use by the pool.
6. Sorry no pets allowed.
7. The reservation deposit of £50 is non-refundable.
8. The security deposit of an additional £100 is to cover loss of keys, breakages and any damages and will be refunded in full once we have received the keys and a confirmed inventory statement.Please note should any damage or breakages occur in excess of £100 you will be liable for the full repair/replacement cost.
9. Cancellations must be made in writing and at the earliest opportunity. In the event of cancellation the following charges will become payable:
